Know Before You Go!
Before you arrive . . .
Make sure you read the checklist of What to Bring (students) and the print the driving directions and the Local Area Map before you arrive at Ohio State University.
What
to wear . . .
All students should wear business casual attire. No sneakers or shorts please.
TRANSPORTATION
Students are responsible for their own transportation to and from the Forum. Many Glenn-Stokes Research Interns travel in car pools arranged either by their research institution's OSEA liaison, their faculty mentor or they make their own car pool arrangements. Ohio State Glenn-Stokes/SROP students will have transportation provided by the Program Coordinators.
PARKING
There is no charge for parking at the host hotel. Parking permits will be given by OSEA to those parking at the 4-H Center. At the center, there are 65 spaces on the West side where OSEA guests can park.
LODGING: HOST HOTEL - AUGUST 7, 2008
Students, faculty and staff will stay at the University Plaza Hotel and Conference Center located northwest of the Ohio State University main campus. Address and direction information can be found below.

Directions
Hotel reservations for undergraduate and graduate students, faculty and staff will be made by OSEA after you register. Please register if you have not already done so.
Students, faculty and staff registered through OSEA will not be financially responsible for room and meals but will be responsible for incidentals such as local and long distance telephone charges, pay per view cable, room service etc.
Storage space will be available for those needing to store personal belongings before check-in or after check-out. Guests may be able to check in early if rooms are available. Rooms are not guaranteed to be ready for check-in until 3:00 PM. The latest time you will be able to check out is 12:00 noon.
