RESEARCH INTERNSHIP APPLICATION
AND INFORMATION FORM PROCESS
Please complete the online application/information form even if you have already been accepted as an Academic Year Research Intern. This information will be maintained by the Ohio Alliance Office and will be forwarded to our campus representative.
Online
Submission
After
you complete the online application and click the submit button, a confirmation
page will appear in your
browser that contains all of the information you filled in. If you find
that you have made a mistake or would like to make a change, click on
the "Back" button in your browser and make your corrections.
When you hit submit again, another confirmation page will appear to confirm
you
answers. If all of your answers are correct, click the submit button
on the confirmation page and your application will be sent to the OSEA
office. At this point, you may not go back and change your answers.
After completing the application, contact your campus representative to find out if any supporting documentation should be submitted such as transcripts, recommendation letters or a resume. Supporting documentation is not required by all institutions and is ususally requested only for Summer Internship applications.
Application Deadline
The deadline for submitting your academic year internship application
is different for each institution. Please contact your campus
representative for the deadline date at your school.
